​Madam Cantarelle is a Rosé with a feminine touch, elegant and very glamorous.

A harmonious blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault of which the proportion may change depending on the vintage. This amazing Rosé is all in roundness, delicate aroma of yellow-fleshed fruit, beautiful with an aromatic finish.

Selected from the best plots at optimal ripeness, the grapes are harvested in the early morning at the coolest temperature.  In the cellar, they go through direct pressing, with cold extraction.
