Château Rio Tailhas has belonged to the same family for several generations and is managed today by Mrs. Anne Llamas. The château grows wine from two parcels: one located 4 km away from the village of Saint-Emilion, and right next to Pomerol, on the border of a stream called Ruisseau du Tailhas.The other is located at the Moulin du Cadet, which is on a small hill in the heart of the Grand Crus Classés area.
This wine has an annual production of around 3,700 bottles which are stocked in an underground quarry in the village of Saint-Emilion.
